The following outlines the payment methods and related information when placing an order in the modapave (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) online store. It is intended to help you clearly understand payment options, cost components, and common handling procedures.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Currently, we only accept the following cards for order settlement:

• Visa

• MasterCard

All products and orders are displayed and settled in Euros (EUR). The amount you see and confirm on the checkout page is the final payment for your order.

2. Payment Information and Security

When making a payment, all relevant payment information is transmitted through encrypted channels for transaction verification.
We do not store or retain your card number, expiration date, security code, or any other sensitive payment information. Payment data is used only for processing the current order and will not be retained after the transaction is completed.

3. Order Amount Composition

The final order amount typically includes:

• The price of the product

• Applicable shipping fees

• Other product-related charges, such as French Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate of 20%, which is already included in the product price and reflected at checkout

The amount you confirm on the payment page covers all of the above.

4. Handling Payment Exceptions

If a transaction is not completed, the page is interrupted, or payment status is not updated during the process, we recommend checking your card status and network connection first.
If the problem persists, you may contact our customer service and provide your order number, payment time, and other necessary information so that we can assist in verifying your order status.

5. Responsibility Statement

We will process your payment requests based on the information you confirm on the payment page.
Due to bank processing procedures, network conditions, or other uncontrollable factors, payment results may be delayed or not immediately reflected. Please ensure that all information entered is accurate before payment to minimize unnecessary processing errors.
