Shipping Terms

This page explains the delivery arrangements for orders placed through the modapave (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) online store. It covers delivery regions, fee structure, processing timelines, and receipt guidelines, so you can clearly understand shipping-related matters before placing an order.


Delivery Coverage Area

At present, our products are available for delivery only within Australia.
If the delivery address is outside Australia, the system will not allow the order to be completed. This is normal and not considered an error.


Shipping Fee Structure

Orders with a total value of AUD 60 or more will automatically qualify for free shipping.
If the order amount does not meet this threshold, a shipping fee of AUD 6.99 will be displayed separately on the checkout page.
All fees are shown before payment for your confirmation.


Order Processing Hours

Our standard order processing hours are 08:00–18:00 (Australia GMT time).
Orders paid before 18:00 will begin processing the same day.
Orders submitted after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day.
If an order is placed on a non-business day, processing will begin on the next working day.


Fulfillment Preparation Period

After order confirmation, orders typically enter a 1–3 business day preparation stage.
This stage includes product allocation, information verification, and logistics system coordination. Progress can be viewed on the order page.


Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 6–13 business days.
This is a general reference range. Actual delivery time may vary depending on location and logistics conditions.

Order Status & Tracking

After payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and logistics information.
You can check your order status on the website’s Order Tracking page by entering your order number along with the email address or phone number used when placing the order.
