Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing modapave (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”). To ensure a reassuring shopping experience and help you clearly understand the relevant arrangements, we have established the following Return & Exchange Policy based on applicable consumer protection and data compliance principles. This policy applies to products purchased through our online store that have been delivered and successfully received.


1. Return & Exchange Validity Period

The return and exchange period is 35 days from the date you actually receive the product.
Within this period, the first 34 days are provided for you to submit a return or exchange request along with the required supporting materials. The 35th day serves as necessary processing and logistics coordination time to ensure your request can be properly received and entered into the review process.
As long as your request is submitted within the first 34 days after receipt, it will be considered within the valid return and exchange period.


2. Eligible Return & Exchange Situations

Provided the request is within the valid period, you may apply for a return or exchange if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The product has obvious appearance defects that affect normal visual condition;

  • The product has quality issues that prevent it from performing its basic function;

  • The product has a noticeable odor, severe color difference, or other issues that do not meet reasonable expectations;

  • The product received does not match the style, specifications, or contents shown in the order;

  • You may also request a return or exchange without reason, provided the overall product condition and eligibility for further processing are not affected.


3. Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

First, contact us via email or phone and provide your order number, proof of payment, reason for return, and photos or videos that reflect the actual condition of the product.
After receiving your request, we will review and verify the information. If the return meets the requirements, we will notify you through your provided contact details and supply the return address.
You should then send the product back to the designated address and wait for delivery confirmation.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it based on your description. If the inspection is consistent with your claim, the refund process will be arranged. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.


4. Exchange Process

If you choose to exchange an item, the process is similar to a return:

You must first submit an exchange request via email or phone, including your order information, payment record, reason for exchange, and necessary photo or video evidence.
After your request is approved, we will notify you and provide the return address.
Once the returned product is received and verified, we will arrange shipment of the replacement item within 1–3 business days.

5. Refund Method and Processing Time

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the order, including Visa or MasterCard bank cards.
Processing times may vary depending on the card issuer. In general, refunds are credited within 3–5 business days. If the refund has not appeared after a reasonable period, please contact us using the details below.


6. Cost Responsibility

We will generally bear the return or exchange shipping costs under the following circumstances:

  • Product quality problems;

  • Appearance defects;

  • Noticeable odor;

  • Severe color differences;

  • Product does not match the order.

If you request a no-reason return or exchange, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.


7. Responsibility Statement

We will process all requests according to this Return & Exchange Policy. If the information provided is incomplete, the product condition does not meet requirements, or uncontrollable factors affect processing time, the outcome and timeline may be impacted.
